Inside the Bay:

In architectural terms, a bay is the space between two elements. It's a recess, a nook, a little compartment within. This blog is our bay. It's our little space nestled between the spontaneity of our human nature and the necessity of order in exceptional design.

We invite you to step back into the Bay at DM+A often, to keep tabs on us and learn how and why we do what we do, all the while working hard, having fun, and being nice.

Lollie's Bday 2011 with Friends, Frankie & Lucy

A lot has changed in the last year of my eventful life.  I am still enjoying my career as Official Host and Guest Services Coordinator at DM+A, although I’ve been accused of sleeping on the job lately.  In July, we moved (again) to a sort of sketchy neighborhood.  While my mom has been less than enamored with our new surroundings, I’ve enjoyed taking in the new sights and smells of the locals and have taken to adjusting my appearance accordingly.  As you can see, for this year’s birthday soiree, I donned my favorite street-cred hoody.  Don’t be afraid, though.  It’s still sweet old me underneath the attitude and threads. We munched on Goat Hill Pizza, cookies from Moulin Pooch and cake and strawberries.  All of my favorite peeps and homey’s Frankie and Lucy were at my party, which made it even more righteous.  Peace out.
